Just back from a great trip and I have to first say that ALL the CM's we met this week were especially helpful and friendly - I don't know if I was just noticing it more or what but they really made a great trip even better.
Only 2 real zingers to report from SG's
The first was minor - we were in Club Cool - love that watermelon soda. But I swear more than a few guests thought "Please Choose Another Flavor" was a flavor. They would just stick their cups under anything and seemed very confused when nothing came out of the ones with that label.
The other was classic and hence the title of my thread. We were boarding the railroad at Toontown Fair station and sitting behind us were an older couple.
Male SG - I want to ride the Peoplemover after this
Female SG - What's the easiest way to get there
Male SG - We could get off up here (Tomorrowland), or Main Street but we'd have to backtrack
Female SG - Then we should get off in Frontiertown since that's the middle of the block
Say wha??? The upshot was, they still wound off getting off the train at Main Street Station!

Oh wait, I forgot about the other 10 SGs on the Monorail. We were in a car with a large-ish family who filled one bench with dad & 3 kids, mom was on the other bench with us and their 2 strollers with 2 infant/toddlers were between them. Each parent had a stroller facing them to keep the children quiet and calm.
Hooray, we thought, as we approached the Magic Kingdom stop at 9:20pm or so, no one will be able to get on since the strollers take up all the room in the middle of the car.
HA!
6 people got on and immediately stepped right over the children in both strollers, filling every spare inch of space at the far door. I couldn't believe neither of the children or anyone else got hit by these SGs highstepping over the strollers. Soon 4 more got on filling the other available space, effectively cutting off at least one child's view of their parents. She immediately started getting upset until one of the SGs got some sense into her and was able to manhandle one of her companions so she could slide over and give the mother a chance to see, touch and comfort her own child.
All this so they didn't have to wait 4 minutes for another monorail to arrive....

All this so they didn't have to wait 4 minutes for another monorail to arrive....On the Monorail, we push guests into every available nook and cranny. That probably wasn't anyone being a SG. When we have 30,000 people to move in the next hour, we cram 'em in and get them where they want to go, with no regard for anyone's sense of personal space.
On the Resort Monorail, that translates to: Strollers aren't going to block anyone. If everyone waited for a seat on the Monorail, exits that take two hours would take five to six. It is by design we cram guests in, because they want to get where they want to go, and we want to get them there.

A few days ago I over heard a SG telling her son that if they exited Frontierland going towards MS they would be on TSI. I had no idea there was a new secret passage from SM to that area.
Why do I see more SG in Frontierland. No Mc Donald's french fry carts any where. See that bench at the top of the hill on your left? Move it and follow the scent of the french fries. After the 50th, the fry carts were removed from the parks. If you seriously are craving the fries, you are welcome to cross Harbor and go to that Mc Donald's over there. :D:

I would say the SG are the ones that did not fold up the strollers to make room for others. The monorail is not your personal stretched limo around the property.

If you can't get a spot to sit, keeping the kids in the strollers is safer then trying to stand with them, and hold a folded stroller. After many years of using strollers, and I attest, it's not always a good idea to foild them.
However, it's also not a good idea to tote your kid up stairs in one. Just walk to the ramp, for crying out loud!

I actually have done real Beverly shots on video before... it's never been put online (except for one)
I've also done fake Beverly shots to trick some friends into drinking it.

I told my nieces that it tasted like fruit punch. They fell for it. I think they should add it to the break areas and see who is gutsy enough to drink it.:D:

I just had an evil thought...when I was on stage crew in high school it was tradition to go to Chuck-A-Rama for dinner before each choir concert. It was also tradition to create a beverage made from various liquids from around the buffet, it was generally very nasty. Now, what could be done with Beverly on the buffet!?

Carbinated stomach acid, mmmmm. Gross!!!!
Beverly in the gravy!
In high school we called it scarf and barf.
We had 20 minutes for lunch, how fast can you eat?
When I was at the Food and Wine festival a few weeks ago, I did come across a coke machine with 36 different flavors. I did see fruit punch as a coke product. Too bad they can't install Beverly! That would be great. It would be featured flavor of the month. :D:

Visit World Of Coke in Atlanta. They serve every flavor Coke sells worldwide. Free. My favorite is Guarana from Brazil.

I'm quite fond of Beverly
I can keep a straight face when I have guests with me and talk them into trying it.
I also promote it on the bus to Epcot, So far, I have not had anyone come back to confront me afterwards. :p:

I believe Las Vegas has a giant coke bottle with coke products inside. I wonder if they have all the drinks as well?

They used to have that Brazilian drink at Club Cool/Ice Station Cool at Epcot, right? Glad you like it, hobie, but it was my least favorite.
I do like Beverly, but the taste does linger. Shortly after trying it for the first time, my family (including my wife's parents) went to see HISTA, and I ducked over to the water fountain. Nothing like saying "I need to get the taste of Beverly out of my mouth" in front of your in-laws.

I've been there! If I remember right, there is a Coke store nearby there as well.
Magic Mountain has a small M&M store also.
