I had a travel agent call wanting to double check that Port Orleans Riverside and Port Orleans French Quarter was still walking distance to EPCOT. I advised the travel agent that that resort had never been walking distance to EPCOT. She said No, I had guest stay there before and it was walking distance to EPCOT. The path leads to the World Showcase near England. I said there are resorts there but they are the Beach Club , Beach Club Villas, Yacht Club, Boardwalk Inn, Boardwalk Villas, the Swan and Dolphin. She said no it was not those resorts. She said things must changed and had be come more developed since the guest were there last. She fought me to the end and ended up hanging up since she thought I was wrong. I told my manager about this one and she laughed.

I have given up on telling people things that they swear the are right. I guess it just falls under the guest is always right......right......

Seriously though with the abuse I have taken there, I would just love to be a fly on the wall when a hardened gang thug type is trying to explain to a Florida Resident or a Passholder how their discount isn't available because they waitied until 3 days before a busy holiday weekend to attempt to get a room!

Heh! Heh! How very "disney" that would be!

You think that Tampa Mauschwitz is bad? At least TDRC has windows!!!.... O DRC has one set of windows along one side of the building... everyone else may as well be in a cave!
