Found this story and thought it was worth posting here.
not my story. Quoted as it was read, type'os and all.
From Wal-Mart
SC - Sucky customer
G - greeter
CSM - Customer Service Manager
M - manager
ME - me
Gsees woman and daughter w/ no shoes) Excuse me ma'am, I'm afraid that we have to ask you to put shoes on.
SC: WHAT???????????????????
G: You must whwre shoes in the store.
SC: WHY???? I want to see a supervisor, you n----er, your peple don't tell my people what to do we tell you what to do.(G signals to CSM)
CSM: What's up?
Gremarakably composed): This lady is not wearing shoes and refuses to put any on.
CSM: Well, ma'am I'm afraid we require shoes in our store .
SC: You What?? That's outrageous!!! I wanna see a manager!!!!!(CSM pages manager)
M: What's going on?
SC: They're telling me I have to wear shoes in your store!!!
m: Well, that's the truth, you do have to wear shoes.
SC: You are discriminating against people who don't wear shoes!!!! I'm calling the media and my lawyer, and i am GOING INTO THE STORE!!!!!!!!!!
M: Not w/o shoes
ME: I'll get some clearance flip-flops for 'em (they're a buck a pair)
SC: Yeah, by, them you f---g child molestor.
ME: okay..
M: You can't talk to our associates like that, you do it again and your gone(he didn't know about the racial epithet, neither did the CSM)
SC: YOU wouldn't dare throw me out!
M: You say anything like that again and you bet we will.(he gets paged for a shoplifter and scoots)
I hand the flip-flops to the CSM who gives them to the customer
Well, anyway, they did their shopping and ended up in at my register. as they are leaving they say these lovely parting words: SC: God's gonna kill you you f-g, there better not be no AIDS on these shoes I know all of your kind has AIDS, your mama should have aborted you!!!!!!
ME:<sob>
Well, after that delightful person i just wanted to cry, and the CSM, saw this and took over my register.(fortunatley the next customers were cool and said they'd sign a statement detailing what they heard and that they didn't blame me and thought I provided good service)
While I was recovering, the manager asked what they said to me, i told him and he immediatly banned the SC. She did come in again and was told she was banned and the reason. then this exchange
SC: There wre no other employees it's just that f-g's word against wine and I have kids!!!
M: Wrong, we have a statement signed by customers and security camera footage, if you do not leave right now I'll call the cops.
SC: This store is godless!!!! You all will pay at judgement day!!!!!!
M: Just Leave.
SC: NO
M:<nto walkie> call the cops
Well the cops show up and she is made to leave as she does so, i appear, back from lunch, she hurls a shoe(!) at me it misses and strikes a cop, who is now kinda mad, and says go or your under arrest. Well, SC doesn't go and instead hurls her other shoe(!) at me, and this one too strikes the cop.
End result: The lady and daughter wre arrested and banned and I was given a small raise for providing good customer service throughout the ordeal.
Oh, and you'l never guess what she bought, wait for it wait for it..

Hmm, don't you love people who need a little "extra" attention? I am sorry this happened to you. It can be unnerving to have someone attack you, even if it is verbally. I had a guest threaten to sue me over a stroller and demanded to see a manager. The manager arrives and says "Nope, he's right. The stroller is not allowed inside. Period" The guest called me a fucking bastard. And the Manager whipped right around and called security to "talk" to the guest.
We have had our fair share of arrests at WDW and most of the time they are special guests like the one described above. One guest assaulted a CM at Soarin' (in Florida assault is designated as any touch that is unwelcome) by shoving her into a wall putting a fastpass down her shirt. That guest was promptly arrested.
Glad she got what she deserved. ;) Hopefully she will get what she deserves after death as well from her "God". I know mine pities those who deal with people like her.

ITs sad, because the hidden story is that the irate customs had a CHILD in tow, taking all this in, getting "educated" so she could take over for "mom" when she grows up!!

When you invoke God in the name of your own anger, you show how you do not understand the concept of God, IMHO. When you are a human being, it's impossible for God to always agree with you, because we all have the propensity to be wrong, and we are from time to time. For someone to abuse another like this and then bring God into it is sickening to me.
I'm reminded of a reporter who stayed with the pastor's (I use the term loosely) family from Westboro Baptist Church. He decided to end the piece where he drops a bombshell on the family... he has information that one of the sons of the parents is the son of only the mother, and he states it. Instead of saying that's not true, or she made a mistake back then but God has forgiven her, or that she has changed since then, or anything useful, she just says something like "I am saved" or something like that. She doesn't answer the question, she does not take ownership of the fact, and in fact by her response looks like the fool she is.
I'm not going to set myself off this time... Stopping now...

Bono of U2 was accepting an award on some show and said, "Please don't thank God when you win. God looks down and thinks, "That really wasn't very good."

Ellen Degeneres talks about a conversation she had with God.
"SHE was upset that no one ever thanks her anymore except boxers and rappers. They sing songs like 'Slap the Bitch up The Ass' and say 'I'd like to thank God for this award, Praise Jesus!'. She also was upset that no one recognizes miracles anymore. I asked her what the last one was and she started to cry. Apparently it was the self-flushing toilet..."
Another good part is
"She asked me if I remember that day on the beach, that she was with me. 'But there was only one set of footprints in the sand.' 'Yes' she said, 'that's because I was on your back.' I thought I felt heavy that day, I thought it was just water retention. 'Yes, for when you are bloated, that is when I am with you...'"

Walmart really attracts them. We have a new, pretty nice walmart near us and you should see some of the people who come in. I keep seeing people in the store with small dogs, its a superstore so theres groceries, I dont know why they let them in wiht dogs. Saw a lady on a ECV one night with the mangyest poodle I have ever seen, white dog all dirty with big patches of hair missing. I think the poor thing should have been put to sleep. Real dumbasses too, worse than I have ever seen at Disneyland or WDW. The parking lots the worst place, people are just plain rude in parking lots and do some of the stupidest things. You couldnt pay me enough to work at a walmart anywhere.

Wait wait wait. No, if you want to see the trashiest people on the planet, you go to a Wal-Mart near Disney World. Holy cow! I mean, I saw some amazing pieces in Portland, with the tweaker population there (Meth capitol of the United States), but some of the people that come in here are unreal. I loved the family I was behind in line the other night where everyone was wearing camouflage and all the kids had buzz cuts, including the 12-14 year-old girl . Now, I've mentioned before that I buzz my head to cover my bald spot, but buzzing your daughter? Mind you, she had been younger, I might have thought she was a boy, but I was completely appalled. It wasn't a situation where her hair had come out for apparent medical reasons, I mean her parents had obviously buzzed her head. Buzz cut the boys, no problems, but your daughter? I hate to imagine how things were at home. Add to the fact the way the kids behaved, and it just made for one of those moments where I wanted to go in the bathroom and wash my hands just for the fact I had been within six feet of them.

OMG that Walmart is TERRIBLE!!! It's a zoo all of the time! Even when I get off of EMH nights and it is 12:30 in the morning. People are screaming, swearing, pushing. Ugh... I went there once just to get ankle socks so I could wear my dinky Land shorts. That was the worst half hour of the summer! I took my nametag off but people could still tell I was a CM. They would treat me like shit! One woman cut in front of me in line and when I politely mentioned I had been waiting, she said she was going to complain to Disney about me! Didn't she realize that, one I was very polite, two I was right, and three I wasn't on Disney Property... She said that my job is to make her feel welcome, and because of those extra five minutes it took for me to go first she was offended. I don't know if she had knocked too many back but she was just out of her mind!

You sure it was his daughter and not a "co-wife"? I had to interview a survivalist once about something he saw, creepiest feeling ever. His house had EVERYTHING camo. Seat covers, etc. And the Antler light fixtures was really crazy. Looked like the inside of a sporting goods catalog!
wouldn't let his family in the room while I was there. He said he didn't want outsiders to know too much about him and his family!!!

Which Walmart are you talking about. The one at 192/27 interchange, the one in Kissimmee, or the one south of the Crossroads, or any other in the area that I haven't found yet?
In case you hadn't figured it out, I visit Walmart while on vacation. I always plan on forgetting something and plan on making at least one Wal run within a day or two of arrival. And there will be others in the later week(s) of the visit when something goes wrong (leaking air mattress, need more tent stakes, etc.).

It's been a while but I am pretty sure it is the one in Kissimmee. I lived off 535 and that was the one that was closest to me.

Either Kissimmee location works for what I was saying, but this particular incident was at the 535 location.

Great, I guess I will have to be on the lookout for more crazies when I get back down there. Good morning to you Wallaby, no Safari this morning? I could go for a sunrise safari as opposed to sitting in the JFK Admiral's Club.
