I just returned from a vacation to WDW a few days ago and I have a few stupid guest tricks I would like to share.

I encountered numerous people who were a little confused at where they where. One lady at the hotel as she was heading to the busses told her kids "if you ever get lost just find the nearest Disneyland employee with a nametag and they will help you". I certainly hope those kids never got lost...it would be quite a walk to find the nearest Disneyland CM.

At DTD annother couple had quite a debate going on as to which coast Disneyland was on. Eventually they came to the decision (all by themselves I might add) that "WDW is in California and Disneyland is in Florida". They gave me quite a look when I could no longer contain my laughter.

Annother rather funny thing happened at Millionaire. To sum it up the question was about New York City and the person in the seat was from indiana and had no idea so they used their phone a stranger. The phone a stranger guessed A and the host told the contestant to ask the stranger how shure they were. The contestant mis-understood the host and said "I'm shure, A, final answer". The stranger then replied "I'm glad you're shure, I'm from Canada, I have no clue". But by then it was too late...the contestant's (incorrect) answer was already locked and everybody (including the host) was laughing.

To finish my report, I will admit that I almost created my own stupid guest trick. Although I blame it on the misleading map...but I digress. I was in World Showcase at EPCOT looking for a restroom. I decided to trust the map and head to where it looked like it was located. Where I ended up however, was a CM only enterence. I was about to go through it too before I realised what I had done.

heh those are pretty funny man! I was just there too (May 17-24) but sadly no stupid guest tricks to report. I can't believe your story about the couple figuring out where Dland and WDW were...well maybe I can.

I can say that I experienced plenty of tricks during my days at WDW with guests thinking we were Disneyland and vice versa oddly enough...made for some good laughs though! :)

One of my more funny moments with stupid people would be the dad yelling at his son that they were in Universal... when in fact they were standing in Epcot. The poor 10 year old finally gave up, it was so sad and yet so funny - parents are always right, right?
